Last post!

Haaaaaa. I've kind of put this off.

Graduation was good. the all-night grad party was so fun! There was a (fake, but still cool) tattoo artist and stuff like that!

I only got 2 B's my last semester of senior year!! Woooo hooooooo.

I don't really know what else to write. I might make a college blog? I don't know. If I do I'll post the link on this blog, so check back around September!

One Week?

YAYYAYAYAYYAYYYYYY!

I got my cord for honors and my IB hood thing tonight. I also decided I'm going to wear my harry potter tie to graduation. Ok, I think that's all.

Oh except I got sick again, but I think I'm finally better!

I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH EVERYTHING!!!!

Well mostly everything. I still have a bio test on Tuesday and a math final sometime, but other than that I AM DONE!!!

I finished all of my CAS reflections yesterday and ahhhh so good.

I also got the gifts for my favorite teachers I just have to wrap them all! I'm the Leslie Knope of gift-giving in my family.

Sparrow bowl is next week! I still don't know how I'm helping out yet. I'll figure it out later.

I can go sit on Pintrest for hours now!!!

Ugh. Not a good time to get sick.

I have a headache, so this post might be bad. Oh I forgot to do a post about prom! I'll do that at the end.

Testing is almost over, I just have French on Monday. I also have an in-class history test tomorrow, so I better be better by then! I think I did the best on English so far. I think.

I went to see The Great Gatsby movie with some people from my English class and our teacher. I'm cool like that.

So prom was good. I went to Chinese food and froyo before with my boyfriend and two other friends. The venue was a little weird. Like there wasn't a designated dance floor so everyone was really spread out. Yet it was still SO HOT. And the floor wobbled. That was scary. They also had too many lights on, so it was awkward.

IB TESTS START THIS WEEK. AJHFKLAJDHFLAKJDHFLSAK

English is on Thursday and Friday and I'm not THAT worried about them, I've still studied a bit. History is next week thought and I'M GOING TO DO SO BAD. I AM SO BAD AT REMEMBERING HISTORY AND WE HAVE TO DO ESSAYS AND I'M GOING TO DO WORSE THAN I DID IN PSYCHOLOGY AND THAT WAS BAD. Then i have Bio which I am studying really hard for I've studied every day for a week so far, so it better be worth it. Then I have French and I'm not worried about that one at all... yet.

After all of the tests I need to finish CAS reflections and such and then I'M DONE!! DHAJHJKGHALFHGA. (Lots of keyboard smashing today.)

Also I'm getting some of my favorite teachers presents and I have some Ideas already and it's going to be awesome.

Prom is soon too! I'm going to dinner on a double date thing and then to the dance and then to a party til 2 AM. WOOOOO. Then I'm going to study for bio! Also tuxedo rentals re expensive. it was more expensive than my dress and I get to keep my dress!

Oh yeah! I went to UO for a foreign language day field trip last Friday with my boyfriend and it was fun! I got sunburnt and drank an AMAZING smoothie. Seriously. It was the best smoothie I've ever had. I also ate pasta from the residence hall where I'm going to live and it was delicious. I'm going to gain so much weight in college. I'll try to work out a lot? Hopefully...?

Okie doke I have to finish my library book before Saturday and study for history.

Prom?!

Soooo... I got asked to prom today by my boyfriend. It was cute.

I also won a drawing at a mall for a free hairdo, facial, make up, and dress! I already have a dress for prom, but maybe they'll have one for graduation or something.

IB TESTS ARE SO CLOSE. I spent two hours studying for biology tonight. I need to do history tomorrow. Those are the only ones I'm worried about.

I'm going to go work on CAS stuff now.

CAS Stuff? (What is Going On?)

So I have to find evidence for CAS and write reflections and I don't know what counts as "evidence" or how to write a proposal. Also, I probably have to do my French oral this week, so that's stressful.

Spring break was alright. Too short. I'm planning a prom group with my friend and it's going to be so fun!

I have a UO reception tomorrow night. I don't know what's going to happen there, but yeah. Fun.

No Financial Aid...

Sooooo UW sent me an email saying I'd get no need based financial aid. That just confirms my UO decision. At least for undergrad stuff.

I think my boyfriend and I are going to the foreign language day at UO at the end of April! We went sophomore year and it was fun.

My TOK presentation is going to be so awesome. My group works so well together! 

I need to get my big CAS project finished, but I don't know if my partner has contacted the elementary school. Maybe I should go ask.

I'm turning in a job application tomorrow, so hopefully that works out.

I got my prom dress!

Well kind of. I got one that I thought I liked but then I decided I liked a different one better so I went back and exchanged it and now I'm set. And it was less than $100!

I'm still looking for a job... Bleh.

I got a 93 on my first psych test!!

Everything for IB that isn't testing was due last week so now I'm done with all of my IAs, mt EE, and my TOK essay! WOOOHOOOOOOO. Now I just have to study a crap ton for the tests.

One more week until spring break! I'm not going anywhere because my mom is moving offices so it's laaaaame. I'll probably just go on some day trips with my friends. Hopefully. Or I'll just end up eating bags of Cadbury mini eggs all by myself.

Oh yeah and people started getting their UW letters yesterday and I haven't gotten mine and it's a Sunday today so I won't get it today and ughh. Even though I'm not going there for undergrad stuff since it's waaaaaaay too expensive I still want to know if I got in. 

Anyway. I still need a job. I only have $30.

Has that already been a title? I feel like it has. Whatever.

Anyways! I got my IOC score back and I got a 25/30!! With my IOP score from last year, I have a solid IB B (I don't know what number that is.). We're reading The Great Gatsby in English now. I thought it would be more exciting than it is.

In history we got to make a timeline of WWII. It was girls vs. boys. The girls one is awesome. Also sexist haha :)

I'm working on my TOK essay too. The rough draft is due on Monday. Mine is not very good, but whatever, it just needs to pass.

My group 4 project is... going... I hope. 

I have to write more scholarship essays. Gross.

College is expensive already.

I applied for UO housing and it was $400. $350 of it is refundable though.

I have an on demand English essay on Wednesday which sucks, but then we're starting The Great Gatsby which isn't as bad as Things Fall Apart.

I still have to write a whole bunch of application essays. Why can't they all juts have one essay question?

I have also officially stated my TOK essay, but I don't really know what I'm doing, so that's a thing.

I just want Spring Break.

IOC and Crap.

scholarships
I'm sick, but I haven't written in a while so...

I'm going to apply for like 8 scholarships. It's so many applications!

I did my IOC for my English test yesterday. It was so stressful while I was waiting and during the test I was shaking so hard. I think I did okay on the actual commentary part, but I did better on the discussion. I don't know what grade I got though because I didn't ask.

I'm going to go back to sleep.

Hi Guys...

So I fainted today... It was so weird. I've never fainted before! I don't know why I did though because I wasn't dehydrated or anything, I may have just been really hot or something. It was weird. I was visiting a friend who had hip surgery and I started to feel hot and sick and my vision got blurry and I put my hands on my knees and then I guess I just fell. I don't really remember after putting my hands on my knees, but I guess I was talking and then I fell and hit my head on the door, but it didn't bruise, so I think it's fine.

Last semester I only got one B!! In English. YAY.

Psych 2 is actually really fun so far. We're starting with social psych and I love how we can actually apply this stuff to real life, unlike bio psych and all that boring stuff.

I have a history test on Monday and we just got the essay q's (It's Thursday). We didn't get any review days, which was weird. I also had a bio test today, I think I did alright, it was multiple choice.

Going to go watch The Office.

Last Finals Week!

(In high school!)

My only finals were in stats and government, the government one was super easy and I already was pretty much guaranteed an A. In stats I only have a 91, so that one I was a little more worried about. Our "final" in English was a group essay. My group was perfect, except when we got to the title it took us an hour to pick one. None of the grades are in yet except for government.

Psych 2 starts next week and I am not that excited because there are 54 kids in one class! I don't really see how we're going to get the same level of understanding with that many people in one room, I understand in college that is how it works, but we're still in high school.

I got accepted to UOregon! I haven't actually gotten the letter yet, but I checked online. Yupyup. Now just for UW.

I'm done with 3/4 of my bio IA. This is the longest IA ever. Seriously. Why?!

We're working on a group essay in English and the group 4 project is still going on. So many groups.

It's finals week. On Friday the French Club is having a crepe party!!!!

I really want my other two letters now.

So winter break recap time before the homework piles up!!!

Christmas stuff!
-Ugly sweater party. Christmas. Got a Captain America Blanket and a Harry Potter Film Wizardry book. Also The Hobbit and a Hobbit calendar. Hung out with my family and ate too many potatoes. I threw a classy Christmas party and we did Secret Santa and I got a HUGE scarf that's amazing. We also watched Pitch Perfect, it wasn't that funny.

-New Year's Eve. My (guy) friends were SUPER LAME and didn't plan anything, so my boyfriend and I had a Lord of the Rings marathon. It took forever, but was awesome.

Those are pretty much all of the big things that happened. Other than that I slept in until 11 ish a lot and worked on college stuff.

Oh, side note, but my teachers are really slow at updating eSIS because I have low B's in English and TOK when I should have high B's. The semester's almost over too, so I hope they change them soon.

Ok I'm sick, so I'm going to sleep.
